Phones Are Stuck in Reboot Loops

Check Power Source & Network Connection: 

  • Try another power adapter or PoE switch port

Perform a Factory Reset: 

  • Press and hold the reset button for 10-15 seconds.

Phones Are Stuck on Initializing or Configuring
